The reservation is guaranteed by the payment of a deposit of 1 night per reserved room for reservations of less than 2 nights. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation of availability, otherwise it is void.
For reservations of more than 3 nights per room, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation of availability, otherwise it is void.
No penalty is due for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival (inclusive).
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the date of arrival, the accommodation reserves the right to keep the deposit.
In case of same day cancellation or no-show, the accommodation reserves the right to charge the entire reservation.
In case of early departure, the entire reservation will be charged.

Check-in time: from 15.00 to 18.00 autonomously by means of a code.
